1. General information
The subject and its expected results respond to the following approaches and goals:
Knowledge of the scope and circumstances in which he/she will develop the exercise of his/her profession and the regulations that govern it.
That students, on the basis of the competences acquired throughout the career, are capable of designing, developing and executing systems and processes, of the whole or of parts of the constructive fact within the field of building.

2. Learning results

Knowledge of traditional or prefabricated materials and construction systems used in building, their varieties and the physical and mechanical characteristics that define them.
Ability to identify the elements and construction systems, define their function and compatibility and their implementation at elproceso constructivo. Plan and solve construction details.
Knowledge of the specific procedures for the control of the material execution of the building work.
Ability to rule on the causes and manifestations of building injuries, propose solutions to avoid or remedy pathologies, and analyze the useful life cycle of building elements and systems
Ability to apply technical regulations to the building process, and to generate technical specification documents of building construction procedures and methods.
Ability to apply the specific regulations on installations to the building process.
Ability to analyze, design and implement solutions that facilitate universal accessibility in buildings and their environment.
Presentation and defense before a boar of examines of a dregree final project, consisting of an exercise of integration of the training contents received and the competences acquired.
3. Syllabus
The program offers the students help to achieve the expected results and comprises the following activities:
Directed autonomous activities: These activities will be directed by the director of the Degree Final Project and the writing of the Degree Final Project will be carried out under the supervision of said director.
Individual tutoring: They can be face-to-face or virtual and can be carried out with each of the specialist teachers of the different subjects.
Planning of learning activities and calendar of key dates:
It will be set by the Project Director, on a personalized basis, depending on the evolution of the work itself, in any case appropriate to the dates of the calls that are set in each academic year.
When referring to the Degree Final Project, we will refer to the contents of all the subjects that have been taken throughout the student's training.

4. Academic activities
Generic non face-to-face activities:
- Study and assimilation of the theory exposed in the subjects of the degree.
- Understanding and assimilation of examples and case studies.
- Preparation and writing, by the student, of the Final Paper.
- Support activities: Of a marked virtual nature, through the teaching portal (Moodle) and scheduled videoconferences, and occasionally face-to-face.
- Personalized personalized tutorials with the Director of the Work/Members of the Board of examines Members/Teachers specialists/Professor in charge of DFP.
5. Assessment system
The student must demonstrate achievement of the intended learning results through the following assessment activities.
Presentation and defense before a university tribunal of a Final Degree Project that integrates the formative contents received and the competences acquired.
The final grade will correspond to the weighted average of the grades associated with the originality of the work and its quality scientific. The candidate's ability to present the work in front of the examining board will also be taken into account.
